Inspire Competition

27 November 2018

• • • ICE Inspire Competition • • •

The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) represents civil engineers around the world.  We are looking for the next generation and want your help!
The teams behind the best entries will qualify for a finals day where pupils will compete as ‘real life civil engineers’ and undertake hands-on construction and engineering related activities. The winners will be decided on finals day.
To combat the skills shortage within the UK engineering industry, ICE North East are looking to inspire the next generation of engineers. We want teams to produce an advert to inspire civil engineers of the future. This competition is a great chance to put your students’ research and creative skills to the test and for them to learn about a rewarding career whilst promoting an interest in STEM subjects.

  2. Answer the question ‘How does civil engineering affect you today?’ in 500 words or less
