STEM Hub Contract Manager
As a STEM team leader with over 25 years of experience of working with schools and colleges, Janine is well versed in the education arena. Janine’s main role is to oversee team direction and business development although currently her favourite activity is being a student mentor and working alongside her fantastic mentees. Education Relationship Manager
Claire is responsible for managing relationships between the North East STEM hub and local schools and colleges. Claire joins us having spent over 25 years in the STEM arena in the North East working across the region on various STEM initiatives. Most recently, she ran her own business Fusion STEM offering bespoke support to local schools and STEM organisations. Prior to this Claire was the STEM Outreach Coordinator at Science Learning Centre North East.

Partner Liaison Coordinator
Liaising and working through hundreds of applications, DBS renewals and arranging inductions with our industry partners Dawn has a keen eye for detail ensuring our NE STEM Ambassadors have an enjoyable experience from application to induction. In relation to schools Dawn works alongside the Hub team to make sure teachers and schools can identify and articulate their needs, thus closing the gap between education and industry. Mentoring Programme Administrator
Although new to the STEM team, Trish brings with her a wealth of expertise in the administration and project monitoring area. Her role includes the recruitment and management of volunteer mentors, supporting the training of mentors, developing relationships with participating schools, supporting programme PR and regional publicity as well as measuring activity impact, reporting and delivery development. Josh Minto and Rob Stobie have been welcomed into the STEM team. Josh Minto joins as Education Relationships Manager. In his previous role, Josh worked for the Nissan Skills Foundation where he was involved in the preparation and delivery of various STEM project sessions/events.
